Silver Lining Properties, LLC (Silver Lining) provides housing opportunities and solutions for a variety of persons in an ethical and moral way, while providing its investors with a better than average return at a lower than average risk with their investment dollars. Silver Lining is in the business of finding “WIN / WIN” situations for all parties involved.
Who are we?
SLP,LLC is a real estate investment company started by Aaron D. Murphy, and his partner, Robb A. Dibble in December of
2005. Aaron, a licensed architect in the state of Washington, and Robb, a licensed structural engineer in multiple states, got together to pursue the vision of creating a much needed valuable product and service in the housing industry. Their goal was to bring into communities around the Puget Sound better housing solutions for those in need, and opportunities for many others to share in the dream of attaining home ownership, while also producing financial growth for the company and for their investors. SLP’s mission and company profile is designed to help people in distressed home & mortgage situations. Every situation is different, and it is only with thousands of hours of education and field experience that SLP has risen to be one of the top companies in its field locally.
1. By helping people to save and stay in their home if that is their goal and it is feasible based on their situation (a free education consultation service that only pays in karma and good sleep at night!). We are truly a “White Knight” in an industry that has too many vultures…
2. By allowing distressed homeowners to sell their home in as little as FIVE DAYS! SLP is helping them to stay on their feet financially, and have a FRESH START at moving on with their lives vs. getting buried by foreclosure and eviction.

1. Home Sales Rehabbing homes and putting high end products and finishes into the remodeling of houses, thereby offering a quality home product at a market reasonable price to the end user on the open market, and increasing property values in those neighborhoods.
2. Lease Options Providing “RENT to OWN” opportunities for deserving people to realize the “American Dream” of home ownership. This program is structured for those who have good and steady jobs but less than perfect credit. SLP allows buyers to get into a house with 1.5-2% down vs. the normal 20%, and rent their way to ownership in 18-24 months, and under most circumstances they move into a house with built in equity!
3. Rentals Keeping some properties after investing in quality remodeling and upgrades, to provide affordable rentals in the community.
