Who we are...

SLP,LLC is a real estate investment company started by Aaron D. Murphy of Poulsbo, WA, and his partner, Robb A. Dibble in December of 2005.  Aaron, a licensed architect in the state of Washington, and Robb, a licensed structural engineer in multiple states, got together to pursue the vision of creating a much needed valuable product and service in the housing industry, especially in Distressed Home Services.  Their goal was to bring into communities around the Puget Sound better housing solutions for those in need, and opportunities for many others to share in the dream of attaining home ownership, while also producing financial growth for the company and for their investors.

We are not cutthroat investors trying to steal your home, take advantage of your situation, or squeeze every last penny out of your house. We are the exact opposite, and we pride ourselves on that!
